On Zaid’s sixth departure anniversary, the COVID-19 pandemic was sweeping the globe. There were only a few people who attended the memorial ceremonies because Zaid’s parents did not announce them.
Zaid was sent 6 pigeons in proportion to the years since he left, along with messages of love, perhaps these messages will reach him in heaven. Alos, several balloons were also released in memory of the martyr Zaid Youssef.
A T-shirt with Zaid’s photo on the front and his famous quote on the back is printed each year by his parents. These shirts are worn by Zaid’s friends.
